I finished up a baby blanket I am crocheting.I love the way this feels in the comfort shawl I made for myself, but the right edge of the shawl is all fuzzy now - not frayed (although the yarn does do that), but just fuzzy, and that looks bad. I guess it's because I'm right handed and I wear it a lot, but I really don't like it. I have a pattern for a market bag made w/ this yarn, but I am going to use some other kind, because that's something that will probably fuzz badly. Too bad, because it feels wonderful when working with it and the color selection is great :(The yarn I bought here was much better quality than the skeins I bought at Michaels. Each skein was individually wrapped in plastic, preventing the yarn from developing a "fuzz" like the ones at Michaels. Therefore, the yarn was much easier to work with. From now on, I'm buying my Homespun Yarn here!I love this yarn, it is pretty much the only brand of yarn I buy anymore. It makes the softest, warmest blankets. 100% recommend to anyone.I was really unhappy with this purchase of yarn. My yarn came in good order, however the lot numbers were all different and the color difference in each skeine is very apparent in the finished product. I would have thought that a company selling yarn would know to check the lot numbers on the order to make sure they were the same. I won't buy yarn through this company again. It’s soft, lovely color but the yarn itself has major flaws. Don’t know what you call it when the yarn has these pulled spots all along it.Either Lion Brand has revamped this yarn to make it thinner or the yarn I received was defective.I didn't like this yarn. It splits too easily. I found it very difficult to work with
