As you can see by the first photo, this is the stock photo that was provided to Amazon for upload pertaining to this particular yarn. Next two are the same thing, provided vs true.Again, as you can also see, the color isn’t even close to what is displayed. I realize to some degree color, spectrums, depth, can and does vary according to device. Just not to this degree!!I guess that’s what happens when you try to order yarn online-sight unseen and trusting the vendor or manufacturer-during a Pandemic and in time to complete Christmas gifts I intended to make.Edited to add: I made three separate purchases of three different colors and Amazon will only allow me to review the “product” once. With the additional photos, once again you can see, the colors were way off. “Stock” photos appears dark gray/black, whereas the actual color is purple. The names are in respective order Twilight/STwilight and Wild Flower. The following two photos are mine, and as you can also see, the color isn’t even close to what is displayed. .I do not believe any written description was given to let you know specifically what to expect.I have learned a valuable lesson:1) I either need to start doing further research before trying to place an order.2) Shop online where image matters. Or best idea and better yet3) Wait for this to be over and go back to shopping at my LYS (Local Yarn Shop). The color can't really be seen online. In person, it's perfect. I'm so happy with the selection.I got 2 colors of this yarn: red brick & wildflower to make a shawl (see pic), and the result is beautiful! The yarn is good quality, very easy to work with, only one problem is that the wildflower color is a lot lighter than the picture online, as you can see on my photo it is a pink color compared to the red brick.Woodgrain isn't the same as advertised... its much lighter in person.
